We look after an embedded network from start to finish:
Exit: we review your current contract, find the legal way out, and negotiate with the existing provider. In one case we uncovered hidden auto-roll clauses that would have kept a building in the same deal for years.
Tender: we take your building’s electricity supply to market and give the committee every result and every possible tariff option, so the decision is yours.
Metering: we design and install compliant metering, and we fix errors. At one building, more than 15% of meters were assigned to the wrong apartment.
Management: we run the network day to day. That covers meter reading, invoicing, credit management and compliance, along with the licences and ombudsman registration.
We do this for electricity and hot water, in apartment buildings both new and decades old, as well as commercial sites and short-stay accommodation.

Kept a long-term tenant on site. We turned a commercial site into an embedded network, avoiding costly rewiring so a tenant could stay.
Metered a single-meter new build in time. A short-stay building with no metering got a custom system that splits common power fairly among tenants.
